• You agree not to include hazardous or restricted materials (see restricted items). We may decline any item we cannot safely or lawfully haul.
• You are responsible for removing personal data from electronic devices and for removing anything you want to keep.
• Gas appliances must be disconnected by a qualified person before pickup.

Property access

Please let us know about access limitations, building rules, gate codes, elevator reservations, or parking restrictions before pickup so the crew can plan accordingly.
