Check an item before you call. Each item shows whether we pick it up, whether we need to confirm details first, or whether it needs a different disposal route.
How to read this list
- Accepted We regularly pick this up. Mention it when you book.
- Call to confirm Usually possible, but we confirm details (size, type, condition) before scheduling.
- Limited quantities Small amounts are usually fine; larger amounts need confirmation.
- Special handling — call first Needs separate handling. Call first so we can confirm or point you to a better option.
- Not accepted We do not pick this up. We can suggest where to take it.
- Ask us first Not confirmed yet. Call us before including it in a pickup.
Furniture

Appliances

| Dishwashers | Accepted | Uninstalled units are simplest. Ask us if it is still plumbed in. |
| Water heaters | Call to confirm | Must be drained and disconnected before pickup. |
| Refrigerators & freezers | Call to confirm | These contain refrigerant, so we confirm handling before scheduling. Empty and defrost first. |
| Window AC units & dehumidifiers | Call to confirm | Contain refrigerant — call first so we can confirm. |
| Microwaves & small kitchen appliances | Accepted | Toasters, mixers, coffee makers, and similar. |
Household Junk

Paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, and damaged batteries are not picked up. See restricted items for safer options.
